Our app redesign project set out to reimagine the mobile shopping experience—bridging the gap between brand storytelling and functional ease.

This case study explores our collaborative journey as a design duo, leading the visual and UX transformation of the app. We focused on aligning the mobile experience with the brand’s evolving identity while enhancing introducing flows such as homepage, personalized browse page, onboarding, checkout flow, and product discovery element. By working closely with developers, we ensured that every interaction felt intentional, intuitive, and emotionally connected—bringing clarity and delight to every tap.
